He supports learners as they move through each step of the Campus ladder, helping them build not only capability, but judgment. Conrad never forces progression or prescribes timelines. He makes the path clear, explains why each stage matters, and helps learners move forward with confidence and responsibility.
Conrad’s role evolves with the learner over time, shifting from teacher, to reviewer, to peer-level advisor as students mature.
