AccessiblePlus.ai is primarily a voice-based platform.

Any text displayed during a session:

• Exists only to support the live interaction

• Is not stored

• Is not retained after the session ends

5. Voice Infrastructure

Voice services are provided by ElevenLabs, which maintains its own privacy and security practices.

AccessiblePlus.ai:

• Does not receive or store voice recordings

• Does not receive or store transcripts

• Is not the system of record for voice data

• Does not pass identifiable user data to vendors

6. “Redacted” Sessions

When sessions are described as “redacted,” this means:

• No user identification

• No session retention

• No training or learning loop

• No internal storage by AccessiblePlus.ai
